ORDINANCE NO. 2011-14 SUMMARY
The following Ordinance of the Township of Lakewood enables the Township to vacate all of the right, title and interest of and to the public in Oak Place, as further outlined by description contained in the following Ordinance, which paper street is unimproved and not needed for use for public road purposes.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance, having been introduced on first reading on Thursday, March 24, 2011, was duly passed on final reading at a regular meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood in the County of Ocean on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at the Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey.
