Purchasing Department. "Service is our Business". The Department's goal is to provide the highest quality of goods and services needed by all Township departments in a timely manner, at the lowest possible price and in compliance with all New Jersey State Laws and Regulations. The Department promotes a fair, open and competitive purchasing environment in compliance with Local Public Contracts Law, regulations, and Lakewood Township Administrative Code.
The Department obtains prices for goods and services through formal and informal quotes, receipt of bids, state contracts, cooperative purchasing and/or request for proposal process (RFP). The purchasing staff, which includes the Purchasing Agent (QPA, RPPO) and Purchasing Specialist (RPPS), maintains a good working relationship with all Lakewood Township Departments to ensure a fair and open purchasing process. The purchasing staff works very closely with Finance Department and other departments to ensure that invoices are accurate and promptly paid.

Request For Proposal (RFP) Lakewood Development Corporation Professional Services 2020
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Lakewood Development Corporation (LDC) hereby solicits proposals for the below listed legal and professional services.

Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Lakewood Development Corporation’s Executive Director by January 20, 2020 on or before 2:00 PM. Proposals may be submitted in person at the 231 Third Street, Lakewood Municipal Building, Room 12, or mailed to the Attention of the Executive Director, Lakewood Development Corporation, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701. All proposals must be contained in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the party submitting the proposal and marked “sealed proposal” and the position sought. Please provide two (2) copies of proposals.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for 2020 Professional Services (Industrial Commission)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Lakewood Industrial Commission hereby solicits proposals for the below listed professional services.

Sealed proposals must be received by the Industrial Commission’s Executive Director by Friday, December 27, 2019 to be publicly opened at or about 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the office of the Industrial Commission. Proposals may be submitted in person at the Offices of the Lakewood Industrial Commission, 231 Third Street, Lakewood Municipal Building, Second Floor, Room 12, or mailed/courier-delivered to the attention of the Executive Director, Lakewood Industrial Commission, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
