ORDINANCE NO. 2011-37 SUMMARY
The following Ordinance amends Chapter 11 of the Code of the Township of Lakewood, entitled "Traffic", Section 11-7 entitled "Parking", by the addition of a new Section 11-7.4 entitled "Temporary Suspension of Parking Regulations", to authorize the Mayor and/or the Chief of Police, or in the Chief's absence, the ranking Police Officer, to suspend for such period of time as they may deem necessary, the enforcement of any parking regulations or prohibitions imposed by this Chapter.
