ORDINANCE NO. 2011-12 SUMMARY
The following Ordinance amends Chapter II of the Code of the Township of Lakewood entitled "Administration", Article 21, entitled "Lakewood Development Corporation", Section 2-96.3, entitled "Appointment to Board of Trustees; Terms", to provide for amendments to appointments to the Lakewood Development Corporation Board of Trustees, to consist of seven (7) regular members. The Municipal Manager, or an employee of Lakewood Township designated by the Municipal Manager, shall serve as an alternate member. Two (2) Township Committee Members designated by the Township Committee shall serve on the Board of Trustees. Appointments of the members shall be made by a majority vote of the Lakewood Township Committee at their annual reorganization meeting or at such other meeting as determined by the Township Committee.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance, having been introduced on first reading on Thursday, March 3, 2011, was duly passed on final reading at a regular meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood in the County of Ocean on Thursday, March 24, 2011, at the Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey.
