ORDINANCE NO. 2011-27 SUMMARY
The following Ordinance amends Chapter 18 of the Code of the Township of Lakewood, entitled "Unified Development Ordinance", Article 10, entitled "Conditional Use Requirements", Section 18-1008, entitled "Service Stations and Public Garages", to provide that for all existing service stations and in all zones where service stations are permitted, a service station may have at the same location a fast-food convenience store as a duel use. Service Stations operated with a fast-food convenience store as a dual use shall be subject to the certain supplemental conditions, as further outlined in the Ordinance, that must be satisfied in order for a conditional use permit to be issued.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance, having been introduced on first reading on Thursday, May 12, 2011, was duly passed on final reading at a regular meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood in the County of Ocean on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at the Lakewood Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey.
