The Township of Lakewood's Human Resource Department is responsible for a vast array of tasks beyond the normal staffing and employment activities. We manage the Township's personnel policies and procedures, compliance issues, compensation research, training and development as well as performance management.
The Human Resources Department supports the administration's goals and activities. We provide services that promote a work environment that emphasizes the fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability and respect. We seek and provide solutions to employment issues that support the operations of the Township of Lakewood.
